He has worked with leaders in industries such as: Advertising, Consulting, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Publishing, Real Estate, Recycling, Retail, Services, Technology, Transportation, Travel and Utilities.

Mac's education includes a B.A. in Business Administration (Gettysburg College) and a M.S. in Business Management and Organization Development (George Washington U.). He is a member of the Organization Development Network and speaks on topics such as “Leading Change” and “Success Management”.
