Penny has extensive experience in leading team-building programs as a foundation for large scale cultural change initiatives.
Penny's educational background includes a B.S. in Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, the Executive Development Program at Penn State University, and additional study in personal and organization development and coaching skills.
