Mel Christie is the founder of Christie Associates in Mill Valley, CA. Mel specializes in leadership development, team building and large scale cultural change.
Mel is a highly experienced consultant, trainer and coach. His background includes being CEO of a large scale marketing enterprise. During his 30 years as a consultant, Mel has conducted personal and organization development training programs impacting more than 100,000 people across three continents.

His focus for the last 20 years has been on personal development training programs, executive team-building and partnering with leaders to create alignment on corporate vision and values. He has worked in industries such as: Banking & Finance, Insurance, Utilities, Retail, Research, Manufacturing, Strategic Consulting Services, and Technology.
Mr. Christie’s education includes a B.A. Degree from St. John’s University and a M.A. Degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. As a requested speaker, Mel’s engagements have included presenting for the national NLP convention, ASTD, and Time Warner.
