Executive Counterparts™ is a training and consulting company with a unique focus: bridging the communication gap between management and support staff. Their goals are two-fold: 1) to create high-performance manager – assistant teams that are results-focused; and 2) to develop working partnerships among the support staff community.

Executive Counterparts'™ programs create an environment that fosters active participation and rapid skill development. Follow-up coaching is provided to review and strengthen the application of new skills.
